Thanks; but a little hitch:
I opened everyone of those .au3 files and searched for appname. "Nadda."
Can you tell me which file, and in which directory you are referring to???

It worked; and, much better then UVNC's methods.
Couple of questions though:
1) The helpdesk.txt file; where is your wizard pulling or creating it from. The reason I ask, is that with the settings that are in it, they will confuse those I work with/support. (The word 'dubble' doesn't help either ...
