Hi,
I have a situation, where a user has a desktop pc and a laptop.
And I have forwarded port 5504 to his desktop pc and 5505 to laptop.
How can I describe this in helpdesk.txt
I don't want to type his name twice.
Like this:

Re: Can't get SC to work
Hi,
this is what I think You should do:
1. Configure Your router to port forward this VNC port 5550 to Your PC's IP.
2. When You start Your VNC viewer in listening mode, You have to change the listening port to 5550 because by default it listens port 5500.

Using SC for helpdesk is so slow
Hi, how can I improve the speed of the connection?
RealVNC is much quicker, but doesn't have this helpdesk function :)
That's why I like UltraVNC?
Any ideas?
Thank You

Re: DSM Plugin not loading
Hi,
thanx for the tip.
Although I installed both machines (the client and server) from the same installer, somehow the DSMPlugins (MSRC4Plugin.dsm)
where different. Don't know, I think my mistake :)
So, it'seemed that one plugin (client) was 14kb and the other (server) 16kb. I replaced one with the ...

Re: DSM Plugin not loading
Hello, I am also in some problems with using this DSM plugin enc 128Bit.
Here is what I have done:
1. Generated a 128Bit key (rc4.key).
2. Copied the generated key to the server machine (location: C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\rc4.key)
3. configured the server to use this rc4.key (picture 1)
4. started ...
