That's what I meant from the beginning... Very good.
I just wanted to make sure there was not issues with multiple viewers running. Thanks!

Re: Multiple Listening Viewers
I thought that the repeater was slower than the direct connection.... doesn't the repeater add latency? Or is it not noticeable?

Multiple Listening Viewers
Is there any problem with having more than one listening viewer running? I was testing one listening on 5800 & 6800. I want to be able to work on two computers at once. Obviously, I have to update SC to have a different lines for each viewer (i.e. technician 1a and technician 1b). Is there anything ...

Very cool.
Are there any known security holes where a listening viewer could be used to compromise the supporter's pc?

Risks of Open Ports?
What are the risks to me as the supporter if I have ports open on my firewall? Let's say I forward port 5500 to my machine. When I'm not using UltraVNC SC to support my clients, what risk is there to me?

Re: Helpdesk.txt ?
You can modify that helpdesk.txt and re-run the create.bat.
Are you trying to supply your own helpdesk.txt file to list multiple supporters? (similar to VNC SC?) If so, you may want PcHelpWare_rel10_SCgui.zip which creates an exe similar to VNC SC.

Re: UtlraVNC SC http access
No. UltraVNC SC is a cut down version of the WinVNC.exe server launches and automatically connects to a Listening VNC Viewer. It does not contain the java server.
Also, the main benefit of SC is that the end user doesn't need to poke holes in a firewall or install any software. You (the supporter ...

PcHelpWare 1.0 DLL Patch for Use on SC Version?
Does the "1SCVDLL.dll and 1SCDLL.dll patch for PCHelpware Release 1.0 - Zip archive" apply to SC version of PcHelpWare? When I used it with the SC version I had odd screen refresh issues.

Video doesn't seem to load well on Firefox. I get a really long black box, and can't read the other info on the page. I get audio, but no video. Works fine in IE.

Newbie Repeater Question
I have been experimenting with SC & PcHelpware... I'm interested in using a repeater so that I can provide support to my clients when I'm not at our main office. I believe this is a repeater mode II. Simply put, does the repeater add latency/slowness between a VNC SC connection <--> Viewer?

Missing PcHelpWare Info Box?
Why is the info box (connection status, traffic, input locked, etc) only present in the full PHW Rel 1.0 and not the PHW SC gui 1.0? Do I have something wrong in my config, or is the info box not in the SC build?

2003 Server Bug
I've read in this forum that 2003 Server R2 will not run launch the connection box for PHW 1.0. I've also seen this first hand. Is there a fix or a workaround? Or should I use UVNC SC for Servers?
