UltraVNC 1.0.5 installer should upgrade 1.0.2

Hello,

I've seen on this forum a lot of people - and I'm one of those - trying to upgrade the previous stable version (v1.0.2) to the current stable version (v1.0.5).

I'm surprised that the installer doesn't manage the upgrade... I think the least the installer should do is a basic upgrade from ...
