Few months ago I could not make SC to work with Vista, I give up

What should I do to make SC works with Vista and Win7 computers?

Yes it was on Vista, did not try to control XP yet

Yes, client should see window "Thank you for using XXXX support, technician is now disconnected. Click Uninstall to permanently remove this application" and option "uninstall" so client can click that and feel safe that way.

Its working without encryption, however, it needs 5-6 seconds to show right click meny on viewer PC while it does instantly on server PC.

Mouse pointer does not delay, only picture.

What could be the reason?

I created SC with encryption, when I start server and viewer I get message on server that it connected, however, viewer does not show any picture of remote PC.
That tray icon does not work on right click anymore.
