did you start the viewer in lissten modus ?
thats way you dont get a reply from the server
so :
start the viewer in listen mode go to pc with sc application start it up , click [ internet remote ]
then you get on the viewer pc a massage that [computername ] wants to connect .......

yes this one works oke , no compatibilty problem in vista,
only 1 little problem in file transfer ..smaller files go's oke but bigger files not if you want to cancel the trasfer it keeps running to copy that .
BTW is there a possibiliti to show a brief alert box with : thanks for calling our ...

mij verison works great only with file transfer is not working great :
problem :
i can send files over and back but if i want to cancel the transfer ....
there is no option to cancel the transfer it staying copying ,
for smaller files this is no problem but big files yes !

is there a possibility to implement a list of connections ? like this :

I tried using a completely different PC on the LAN and VNC Viewer worked on there with both VNC server and Single click.
So it was the firewall on my PC (Comodo) - it allows VNC Viewer to work with the VNC server but not Single click (Listening mode ...

it seems to me you use a intern ip ? use the internet IP look at myip.com for your ip adress
i supose you have the helpdesk.txt oke ,
nou did you made a SC file ? ( single click file just 226kb ! )
if you set the port oke then copy the sc file you made to the remote computer then double ...

it will work if your self using the viewer , let costumer give ip tou you , let costumer klick on connection
then you get the the client on a alert box saying wants to connect ,
click connect and your in !
