Hi everyone,

I have a serious matter to support clients and I hope I can have my answer here.

What we are using is : VIEWER (let's say latest version)
- We create our support.exe from the SC Creator.

Basically it's working perfectly for XP, 2000 but with Vista I have delays of 15 seconds. What ...
