Re: File transfer between a server and the client
In that case, everything is said. I mean, the message already tells you what's going...either the VNC Server on the CentOS does not support file transfers (I don't think so) or it's disabled.

Re: File transfer between a server and the client
Check the toolbar, there's an icon with a green arrow over some windows, that's what you're looking for.

Re: Thank you for Ultr@VNC!
I also wanna say a big Thank You!
We're using UltraVNC every day, and without it we wouldn't be able to deliver support and service to our clients like we do now.

As far as I know, that's the Mirror Driver, just also remove that one from the line.

Re: /Silent installation but without installing service
You'll need a inf-File which you can pass into the installation like this:
Command
UltraVNC_1.0.8.2_Setup.exe /silent /loadinf=install.inf
install.inf
[Setup]
Lang=en
Dir=C:\Program Files\UltraVNC
Group=UltraVNC
NoIcons=0
SetupType=full
Components=ultravnc_server,ultravnc_viewer
Tasks ...

Re: Connecting to Ubuntu (linux) servers
We have two SuSE Servers which are working just fine. Maybe the VNC Server is by default on view only? Please check the configuration.

Ctrl+Alt+F3, Alt stays pressed on remote machine
Hello.
If I'm pressing Ctrl+Alt+F3 to switch to "View Only", it seems like that the Alt-key is staying pressed on the remote machine.
Best Regards,
Bobby

Re: Monitor Blanking does not carry over to desktop change
I can confirm that 1.0.6.5 is not refreshing the screen if the remote screen is blanked (at least not if you enable alpha blending with a custom bmp). You need to hit the refresh button to see the changes, turning down the connection options didn't fix it either.

Bobby

Connection dies during file transfer
Hello.
We have a problem with the File Transfer, which fails every now and then...the problem is, if the phenomenon appears, it's always in a row, and then it's working again for some time. The file gets completely transfered, it's not corrupt or anything but the connection dies with a Socket error ...
