Finial Update:
Problem was found in the gnome configuration files, It seems to get corrupted when using not standard configurations of the Desktop.
Alt+CTRL+Backspace on the Servers host corrected the problem.
Also one can remove the .gnome, .gconf, and .metacity files on your
server side and ...
