Finial Update:
Problem was found in the gnome configuration files, It seems to get corrupted when using not standard configurations of the Desktop.
Alt+CTRL+Backspace on the Servers host corrected the problem.
Also one can remove the .gnome, .gconf, and .metacity files on your
server side and ...

Just installed 1.0.5.6 have the same screen up date problem as with 1.0.6.4.
Running CA security Software Fire wall.

I am having the similar problem with Vista 64 Home OS. Have reinstalled both the 32 and 64 bit versions at lease twice.

Symptom: As I type no refresh occurs when in the Ultra VNC window. I have to move or wiggle the mouse to get the screen to refresh or update. As long as I am using the mouse ...
