Add Option to make the Video Hook Driver always active
I have a program (RSView32 7.5) that has about a 10% chance of lockup if I vnc into the computer it is running on. The problem is related to when the Video Hook Driver is activated. My existing workaround is to allow loopback connections and then open a viewer on the server pointed to the server ...
