Good news I found the fix at [post=85555][/post] it works a treat, no more issue with Windows 7 or Windows Vista.

I use PChelpware Viewer on XP Pro XP3 and I can succesfully connect to a Windows 7, but when a UAC window display it sometimes crashes the PCHelpware Viewer. Therefore I have to get the user to reconnect.

I have tried using the High, Medium, Low Quality Settings, Disable DirectX and AutoReconnect ...

No issues with Vista UAC and Windows 7 work fine until UAC.
