Have you unchecked the check box "protect this user's data files .. etc" AND unchecked the user impersonification on file transfer?
That did the trick for me - it might be a problem with the service account not being allowed desktop interaction.

With the old versions, I got a message box popping up asking me for the language I want to do the install in - that dissappeared? (And it does not autoselect from the regions settings either).
