I run into the same problem. It is worse when I use a vnc viewer other than Uvnc to connect to the server.

OK, I get it now (better late than never, right?) 
Instead of using realvnc to connect to uvnc servers, I need to use uvnc viewer to connect to uvnc server. This does address this problem.

Thanks for the reply. I did end up figuring it out. It turns out that I need to install uvnc 1082, turn off UAC to save the password, reboot, remote connect to make sure it saved the password, then turn UAC back on in order to get the CAD.exe to work again!
