CTRL - ALT - Del issue

I'm running windows server 2003 std edition, when I remote into the server and access a client running XP pro I can ctrl-alt-del and logon to that client. When I try to logon to a client running windows 7 and do ctrl-alt-del, I get the error message and can not logon. How do I fix this?
