Windows 7 again -- slow screen refresh

I have used Single Click for years on XP and it is fabulous.

I have tried to use it on Vista and Win 7 PCs and I am having the same slow response that others have reported. IE it takes 20-30 seconds to refresh a screen.

I have read thru the forums and I see lots of talk about the DIS_UAC command â ...
