UltraVNC 1.0.2 under W98 closes connection

Hi,
I'm new at this forum but intesive user of UltraVNC since 4 years ago.
My problem is as follows:

1. I've installed version 1.0.2 (since I'm running W98) succesfully. No changes at Administrative properties (everything with default settings).

2. Server has no proxy. Connection is cable modem ...
