I have an update to chunkrepeater.pl that includes the following fixes:

1) additional checks so that ID is always numeric for pattern tests.

2) Fix bug in whitelist/blacklist causing lost connections when having many IDs in either list.

I needed something BONE-HEADED SIMPLE for our end users. Here's what I came up with:

1) I used the standard UVNC installer for windows, and just copied the installed folder to a directory in my home directory.
