Sharing a fixed area in desktop?

Hi:
is it possible to sharing a predefined area of server's desktop to client in ultraVNC 1.0.9.5?

my vnc server is windows XP.

BTW, the function of Single Window Sharing in my server didn't work, every time when client connected to server in Single Window Sharing mode, it didn't show anything ...
