If i start winvnc.exe manually - i can use it with putty and vncviewer.exe - sorry was not so clear - What I meant to say ... if i start winvnc.exe manually on server PC (double klicking the programm icon directly with the mouse)

yes - i see the winvnc tray icon. The owner of winvnc is "Jan Zimmermann" - the same owner, he is logged in. What did you mean with "in what session does ssh start winvnc"? If i start winvnc.exe manually - i can use it with putty and vncviewer.exe

...yes, it works. But i changed the Option (User Account Control, UAC) to the lowest security level. I don't know if this interact with ultravnc. But how can i solve my problem? I want to start winvnc.exe via ssh-console to interact with the remote-PC. It is for the posibility to work with my office ...

i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. There i am using freesshd for ssh connections. For working on this PC via remote connection i do following:
