I downloaded the file from here, http://forum.ultravnc.info/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=27653 , made the text changes, created the .exe using the 'Rel 1.00' http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/creator.html and including a winvnc.exe 'Ultr@VNC Win32 Server SC 20.3 Build Mar 5 2011 19:34:33'.
