Just to add a bit.... a VNC file would work, except that I don't want people to have to install the viewer. Also, if there is already a way to do this that I'm not aware of, i apologise.

We have been using the SC client for supporting our customers four a couple of weeks now, and aside from a few small glitches, it works great! We do, however, have occaision to use VNC in the other direction for training and demo purposes. It would be perfect if we had the option of an SC client ...
