Will you consider provide a download link & description of its usage for SCSafeProcess.exe too?
SCSafeProcess.exe is installed by SCSafeSetUp. It is included in the main file using FileInstall, so you already have it.

Yes, you are correct. The boot process pauses for the yes/no response and SCSafe is started prior to this making the connection. The remote user is greeted by the yes/no prompt.
