I was thinking about switching to the "update 2011" version creator. I generally don't like to fix something that isn't broken, but, it seems the newer version can be used with windows 7 and xp. Is there a reason not to use it in place of the RC23 ...

I just tried it. And it worked! I used port 5500. I had tried 80 yesterday and it didn't work. However, this is a case where the person on the distant end doesn't have a lot of experience with file handling. Hence, the need to offer assistance. However, today he was able to ...

I am attempting to use SC to control a remote XP computer which is connected to the Internet through a 3G wireless connection. The service provider is Earthcomm, which uses the Sprint 3G network. The 3G USB modem stick that plugs directly into the computer is a Sierra Wireless 598U.
