SC + repater + PC with modem (some problems)

Hi, i have some problems.

I have run on computer i my office vnc repeater (with global ip)
When i run ultraVNC SC on computer than connect to the internet
thru the LAN everythink is ok. Person than run vnc viever is
connected and can work. But when I run ultravnc sc on computer
with dial up ...
