PCHW is buggy and has many files?

I tested PCHW and it seems buggy. On my Virtual Machine using VirtualPC with win2k it caused my mouse to incorrectly respond to left mouse clicks... There were a few other issues that I do not remember off the top of my head.

Also, is it correct that the server comes as multiple files?
