Why is ULTRAVNC asking for a username when I try to connect?

I am trying to connect to a ULTRAVNC server and for some reason it is asking me for a username? I did not setup the server on this PC because normally VNC only asks for a password?

I get this message when trying to access my WIN2K machine, all my other systems work fine, also allow file transfer is selected!
