Horrifically slow on a WAN and dropped connections for me anyway. Beautifully ease of setup though. I had much better success with OpenVPN.

If you are behind a NAT and so are your customers then remote connections are not going to be the easiest thing in the world to set up. Yea it can be done but time is money and all that. Configuring will have to be done on both sides.
