While using SC and listener, I do get a popup on my screen that states the machines name, the system access level(or username), and their IP as well as an accept/deny type of choice. Am I just lucky?

nobody going to even comment on this? I'm just concerned that I've done something wrong.

Perhaps you could do more then say I should do something, and tell me how to do it? =P

I push for this kind of feature!

I have played around with adding and removing the certificate, and I've noticed that it seems that a machine without the "official Ascertia root CA certificate" they list on their website has the problem I have described.

That being the case, to make my certificate worth anything, the customer ...
