After a quick look at the code - thanks Rudi - the solution is really easy:
You can specify username@proxyserver in your IE connection-settings instead of only setting the proxyserver.
This is the version I have tested.
Alternatively you can set an environmentvariable withe name HTTP_PROXY_USER ...
After more 1 000 000 (one million) views on forum for 1.5.0.x development versions... and 1.6.0.0 version

We have the same problem that the proxy user differs from the logged on user.
Is it possible to get the sourcecode for the SSL-WinVnc-Server so we can change the proxy user ?

Hi,
I setup a slightly modified ssl repeater with the sourcecode of 2005-10-08.
Is a newer version available ?
I know that there is an updated version of the 'standard' repeater in http://sc.uvnc.com/svn2/utravncproxy/ but I'm not sure if I can use it for the ssl repeater.
