UltraVNC

Hi all,

it's very frustrating that UltraVNC Viewer (e.g. version 1.2.4.0) exit on the first auth error
it could happen often that at the first time you can write a typO and UltraVNC Viewer immediately close/exit.

Please fix this, and make it exit/close at least if there is an auth failed for 3 ...

please put back the "Connect" key on the left in the UltraVNC Viewer UI (e.g. ver. 1.2.4.0) like it was in the previous builds.
Now it's very frustrating.
