2.4.1 is the DSM Plugin that's used for more then a year.
It was a security update of the OpenSSL version.

It's the plugin that get installed whet you run the setup.

It's also the plugin i used to test UltraVNC SC and the UltraVNC Viewer

Rebuilding plugins with OpenSSL-1.1.0f and ...

Retested:
UltraVNC SC is working with 1.3.2 and SecureVNCPlugin.dsm

1) UltraVNC Viewer 64 bit + 64bit plugin SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm
2) helpdesk.txt, entry with and without encryption

Seems to be working quite well now... Tested it on a slow machine via a Loopback connection under a 100% CPU utilization (was failing in this mode yesterday when I tested)...
I'll test it again ...

Additional info:
If I connect to an older (Core2Duo E6550 from 13 years ago) PC that struggles a bit with encoding a lot of movement on screen, closing chat freezes the screen almost always...

Using Ultra2 encoding and SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm
Also tried Zlib and ZRLE with zstd and zlib, Preemptive Updates on/off
Also, changing option doesn't reset the screen after it's been frozen

It has been like that for as long as I know VNC...
I don't know how exactly VNC sends keystrokes, but it is not very compatible with any non-English environments...
For example, I have two machines with English and Russian keyboard layouts... If both Server and Client have English currently selected ...

The installer should be able to install the drivers and service.

Instantly encountered a reproducible bug:
Windows 10 20H2 x64... Both Viewer and Server are version 1.3.2, using SecureVNCPlugin64...

I've been trying to make UltraVNC SC to use the new Encryption plugin with the newest UltraVNC Viewer in Listen mode, but no matter what I try it does not work...
In the download section you say that support for SecureVNCPlugin.dsm has been added, but it is not clear how to set up the listening side ...
