i had two different servers (UltraVNC and TightVNC) working at the same time.
i uninstall the tightVNC server
Now everything is ok

i updated today ultravnc for the last version(i already used it before on daily basis), the server and also the client.
But when i tried to use the "file Transfer" and "chat" options/funtions , i got this message " the connected VNS server doesnt support UltraVNC file transfer" or "text ...
