How to unify local and remote clipboards

Using UltraVNC Viewer 1.4.3.6 on Windows 10 to remote Mac. Can't copy/paste between local and remote sessions, they have separate clipboards. How do I unify them?

I just installed Version 1.4.3.6. Not sure what the 'UltraVNC Launcher' icon accomplishes over the 'UltraVNC Viewer' icon, except maybe to not have to type my password every time.
