I am starting to switch to version 1.0.8.2 and I am trying to use the DSM plug-ins. The computer I am testing with gives an error when using DSM on VNC server:
Server closed connection
-The server running as application.
This message pops up after UVNC viewer establishes a connection before it starts the authentication portion.
-Info-
-If I disable DSM on the server it works fine.
-I'm using the SecureVNCPlugin
-I am using certs generated from the same install for client and server appropriately.
-Both computers are on the same network.
-The message occurs after a connection is established.
-The server is running as a service.
-I have the exact same setup on another machine and it works just fine.
-I have tried changing the settings and restarting the service.
-I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with reboots in between.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

Re: The Server Running As Application
It is just so strange that I have another system that works with the same software configuration. I shall continue to tinker with it.

Re: The Server Running As Application
I think I may be having a similar problem. I'm getting that same error but only when I'm using the UltraVNC viewer on my windows box. When I connect to the same server with the SSL/SSH viewer in Ubuntu I connect without issue, using the MSRC4 encryption.
It's very confusing. It gets to the password entry, I enter the password then it gives me that error, but only from my windows xp x64 computer.
