Configuration button crash server

Post by Sergio »

VNC Server: RC19.7 (2005-02-17) W2K Server
VNC Viewer: RC19.7 (2005-02-17) W2K Pro
LAN 100 Mbits

If you connect using DSMPlugin 1.1.5 on the VNC viewer, to a VNC server using DSMPlugin 1.1.4, open Admin Properties, choose DSMPlugin 1.1.5 and hit the Configuration button, the VNC server crash, sometimes crashing the W2K also.

If you open Admin Properties locally, everything works just fine.

From the reports (above) this does not appear to be a MSRC4Plugin issue, but probably an UltraVNC problem. Please report it under the RC19.7 topic.

Just for the record: RC20 solved my problem I posted above (without plugin).
