Multiple connections using SecureVNC

Post by rattkin »

Can I use multiple reverse connections using SecureVNC plugin? I'm having a shared server which re-uses repater in mode 2 - it works now (each new user is using a new ID, like 0001, 0002, server is initiating the connection for each new user).

It seems to work just fine without the SecureVNC, but I've read somewhere that multiple connections are not supported by SecureVNC (or at least were not supported at that time).

Does it work now?

don't confuse

SecureVNC Allow and support multiple connection
MSRC4Plugin NOT support multiple connection

ID or id not support multi connection, unrelated to plugin
this a choice of developer to block multi connection with SAME ID/id number
you can make many different ID/id connection with SecureVNC
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home
only experienced user, not developer

Great. That's what I wanted to know. I understand the ID limitation - I have no problem with using different ID's to connect multiple machines, I just wanted to make sure that SecureVNC can work with that.

Thanks for your answer.
