is sc up and running? when i try to do an upload of helpdesk.zip, i get a time out from support1.uvnc.com. twas working just fine before- as in yesterday. and yes, i know that my upload file is available. i even re-ran a case- and it timed out.
pls do not chide that this is not the appropriate forum or place to ask. i tried to find a someplace. this seemed to be the only thing left.
