Helpdesk SingleClick on Win2000

Post by Guest »

Im having a issue trying to make SC for helpdesk use. Here goes the problem:

All the workstations are Win2000 using Restricted User profile. But lots
of stuffs need the administrator logon, but when you logoff the user, SC
closes.

Is there a way running SC with login and logoff support, maybe a SC
running like a service ???

Regards,

Well, does the SC will have this logon support ??

What is exactly this software ? The continuation of SC ?? Or another software based on SC ?
