Hi, I've looked around for this but can't find anything on it as I'm not too sure how to word it properly.
I'd like to have the ability to have someone go to whatevermysitenameis.com/support and click on an icon that gives them a prompt for a code that once I provide to them and they have entered, joins the session and allows me to support them a la VNC. I saw this on another site and thought it was very convenient so was wondering if this is possible? Also is it possible to put my name on the "Viewer" prompt that the person receives upon clicking on the support icon? Thank you
