Hello, i recently had the chance (and need) to try UltraVNC but i'm having a weird issue.
I'm using windows 7 pro with all 3 firewall division disabled and with Comodo firewall running. Comodo has a "trusted" rule on both the server and the viewer plus a global rule for the traffic on every port forwarded for vnc (as on the image that follows).
I proceded as follows to prepare my PC to VNC connection:
1 - installed the software.
2 - forwarded the ports to my static 192.168.1.7 LAN IP on my DLink dsl-2640b (i'm using the 5599 one)
3 - gave a check to the admin properties, set a password and some other options (as loopback allowance)
4 - tried to connect with the LAN IP. It worked.
5 - tried to connect with my IP as on the status page of the router's config
and recieved the following tooltip warning:
I even tryed with comodo firewall disabled still no luck. I've no idea what to do next, if anyone can help it'd be awesome. ty.
