Hi people,
I have used uvnc on my media center for quite some time no fuss.
That was using the oboard Intel HD graphics with the i3 cores.
I needed a tiny edge more power and installed an Nvidia 430GT
Installed drivers/updated directx etc.
Now when I remote to my media center it shows a very small window and I mean real small.
If I open nvidia control panel the nvidia control panel crashes immediately and if I go to "personalize" for resolution changes it will max out at 1280x720
Both host and client use Windows 7 64-bit.
I am using the 1.0.9.5 of the uvnc
If I log in directly (manually with periphals) to the server (media centre) I get the full resolution and everything is fine.
When I remove the monitor cable and reboot however were back to tiny window when I log in.
If I have the monitor cable in the 430GT THEN log in from uvnc then the resolution is fine and window is as it should be.
I do not know if this is supposed to be the case but when I click the "check mirror driver" in edit options under screen capture nothing happens.
Since this is officially out of my league to understand I hope someone here can enlighten me.
Sorry in advance if its covered in a FAQ, I tried to scour them and did not find anything pertaining this issue bar issues over 3 years ago.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Viewer Resolution "stuck"
Not sure I understand?
I do not want to use 2 screens. I just want to have the "screen" I view on my main PC (the listener) to show proper resolutions from the server (the media center) like I used to get, but is not getting now?
Sorry for the confusion I am not as tech-savvy as most in here

Re: Viewer Resolution "stuck"
Nvidia control panel -> "Adjust desktop size and position" -> Change to: "Use my display's built-in scaling"
This should keep the display driver from messing with your resolution.
Also try disabling the Intel Graphics from the device manager.
