I have run into an issue with certain windows that pop up as the result of programs not being displayed. The first that comes to mind if the registration window in Avast 5.0. I can click register, and the window pops up on the client side, but I cannot see it using UVNC (neither full version or SC). The window is up, and if I move to where I know certain fields are, I can interact with it and even type into the field boxes; however I cannot see what I am typing.
I believe it may be an issue with my viewer's settings, that is not rendering the windows that pop up. It occurs in several programs, Avast was just the one I encounter most frequently.
I *think* the popup windows that are not displaying are html popups that are not rendered within a browser, but that is just a guess and may be irrelevant to the issue.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas what setting in the viewer effects this?

I actually found the answer to this myself. It is not a viewer issue, it is a server side configuration. You must make sure "capture alpha blending" is checked in admin properties for the server if you are not able to view certain pop-ups as mentioned above.
