Service mode not working

I installed with service mode checked, service is running fine but I can not connect to it, try telnet, it indicate that nothing listening at port 5900.
application mode works just fine

Any help please, do I miss anything?

if winvnc running on a computer with wireless client connection, you must set your wireless client to active network with windows before logon /welcome screen
this explain it work as application because your are connected


basic information missing ...
what the version of uvnc in use at both side (uvnc server and uvnc viewer ?)
