Slovenian Keyboard Layout Issues

Post by magecu »

I am having issues with some of the characters on the Slovenian keyboard.
Č芚ĆćĐđŽž
Without the Japanese keyboard none of those characters appear.

With the Japanese Keyboard (Alternate Keyboard method) option selected still some of characters (ŠšŽž) don't appear.

Any Idea what I could do?

----------------------------------
Additional information:
I am connecting from a windows 7 machine to a Windows 7 Machine (both ultra, both with the same language and both 64bit).
Both systems use the same keyboard layout (Slovenian), they even have the same keyboard model (:D).
I have tried with other computers too (all win 7) and the same problem is also present.

If you need any more info just ask

So none has any idea what I could do / what's the problem?

Does it mean that I just have to switch programs and use another VNC program?

Hi!
I found a sollution to this problem we are having!

Just use combination Alt-Gr + 2 (so you get ˇ sign) followed by S or Z. This way you get Š and Ž (also small Caps :-))

Best Regards,
JinX

Slovenian translation:
Lep pozdrav.
