No prompt password, why?

Post by alexmagnum »

Hi to everyone  ,

I installed uvnc (server+client) in my Windows 7 pc and (server+client) in my Windows XP notebook. It required a password to access to my W7-pc and to my WXP-nb, but only when I connect to WXP-nb it appears. Why not in my W7-pc?

W7-pc: Windows 7 Home Premium
WXP-nb: Windows XP Professional
antivirus: the same (Avast free)

The Windows firewall in either accept requests about uvnc.

Thanks!
Alex

It was due to my Windows 7 firewall. I should add a rule for port 5900.
