Reset Password
Recent move required new ISP. Somehow is that process, my remote laptop not only had its IP address changed, but when trying to connect to it from desktop computer using Viewer, original password no longer works. How can reset remote (using it in uvnc server mode) ti enable connection to it from desktop computer (using uvnc viewer mode)?
Re: Reset Password
Sounds like you'll need direct access to the remote laptop (in person, with someone's help, or via a different remote control program). Just go into the "Admin Properties" of the VNC server and change the password.
Of course if you can't get in with the current password, there's no secret backdoor way of using the existing VNC setup to let you back in remotely.
