Sure looks like some in the FAQ however I did all the Reg tweaks on the force guest and I ran gpedit and made sure there was nothing in the denying users. It is also resolving to the domain in that log so it knows where to go hence the authenticated the access is 0 though. UNLESS....I log on as administrator with the local PW.user XXX@XXX.com is authenticated, access granted is 0x60000

So what gives, why is the domain identities authenticated however they are not allowed access while the local admin is?
