Single Click Problem

Post by MidNiteRaver »

Hi All

I am trying to set up Single Click. I went through all the instructions and created the exe file. The first problem I am finding is that when the exe file is executed the Support Flash screen appears with the window showing the list of techs available. Double clicking on the Tech name closes the Support Falsh screen and displays an icon on the task bar. When this icon appears a dialogue bubble appears "5 min try period If it fails, the software will remove itself from your system."
. This icon just appears foa about a second and then disappears from the taskbar. i know this is not correct and was wondering if anyone could guide me on how I might be able to correct this.

Computer I execute the file on is WinXP Pro

Did a search and didn't find an answer to my question. I have re-done everything, from editing the helpdesk file to re zipping the folder to trying all of the provided online uploads to convert the folder into an executable file, but all with the same result. The exe file when double clicked on brings up the console showing the chouces of techs. But clicking on any of the techs listed launches the icon on the taskbar which also shows the dialogue bubble, all then disappears after being up for about 2 seconds rather than staying open.

Some guidance on this would be a great help. :surprise:
