For super basic starters:

Run winvnc.exe on a computer (for this exercise stop the uvnc_service service if it's running to prevent a conflict)
Allow access remotely via any firewall prompts that may appear
Open the Admin Properties via right-clicking the tray icon (the one that wasn't there prior to clicking on the executable file)
Set an Authentication password and click OK
(You may get prompted to enter a password, but I can't remember since it's been so long since I've run a fresh installation)

On a different computer, run vncviewer.exe
Enter the IP address of the first computer in the "VNC Server:" field and click Connect

If this works, you'll want to perform additional configuration to run it as a service or enable a security plugin.

Yes this method i tried and works for only one router. But if i use 2 different routers ?? What's the server's IP if i use 2 routers? I have to configure something in routers? If Yes, in which router? Server's router or viewer router?

We're dealing with networking and not uVNC at this point.

Are you using NAT on either router? If it's straight routing, then you can use the same IP address for the server that you used previously because both routers should send the traffic there.

If NAT is involved, then the router using NAT will have to publish a public IP address for its private IP host. This public IP is what the Viewer will connect to assuming forwarding has been setup correctly.
