UltraVNC connection causes application to hang

When a user connects to our server using UltraVNC server 1.2.2.1, it causes the running application to hang. Obviously it is the result of some incompatibility between UltraVNC and the application in question.

How can we prevent this? Mirror driver? Legacy capture modes? What is the best way to troubleshoot this? We reached out to our software vendor who created this application and they suggested we use an alternative VNC software. But I think it's something that can be looked into here instead. Thank you.

First suggestion is to disable the hooking. (just rename vnchook and schook dll)

Windows 2003 server. Disabling the hooking worked perfectly. You are the genius. Thank you!
